This rental to free-market condominium conversion included redevelopment of a downtown, 5,400-square-foot building in Aspen, which was originally leased as individual rooms with or without kitchens.

The project included the reconfiguration of the original footprint into nine individual for-sale condo units with full kitchens, as well as outdoor space and/or decks
