Twenty acres of infill vacant land were planned and approved by the City of Columbus, Ohio, for multi-residential apartment zoning. Austin Lawrence Partners developed 15 new two-story buildings, including 96 one-bedroom/one-bathroom and 144 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units for a total of 240 units and 206,304 SF. Unit amenities included all kitchen appliances, washer/dryer hook-ups, patios, and balconies.

Community amenities included rental center/office/clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool, and 3 large ponds covering over 2.5 acres with on-site management. The Cove is surrounded by a nature preserve, all within a 15-minute drive to downtown Columbus, Ohio.
