Greg Hills, a Duke University graduate, began his career in real estate in 1979. His earliest professional roles, with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services in Boston, MA, and at Monogram Industries (NYSE), provided opportunities to learn sound, fundamental business principles firsthand in a real-world setting. Throughout his career in real estate, Greg has specialized in acquisitions, development, restoration/renovation, management, design, and disposition of multi-family, condominiums, shopping centers, land development, and historic preservation projects.
