On the site of the old Woolworth’s Building, One City Center is a residential, retail, and commercial building located in the center of Durham. This landmark property, a Class AAA mixed-use building, is a one-of-a-kind structure, and Austin Lawrence Partners utilized only the highest quality of materials—melding the elements from the original, early-20th century facades—during its intensive renovation.

One City Center contributes to the burgeoning collection of great buildings downtown while championing the vitality of the city’s core. In fact, One City Center shines as the tallest building in downtown Durham—a true landmark for years and years to come.
