CABINS
Austin Lawrence Partners carefully restored three 1890s historic mining cabins into commercial office spaces. Original cabins were approximately 750 square feet each. Redevelopment added a 750-square-foot basement space to each cabin for a total of 1,500 square feet each. Cabins were all sold prior to start of construction.

LOFTS
The project also included brand-new construction of three single-family, free-market residences located directly behind the Conner historic cabins. A courtyard separates the cabins from the residences. Residences range in size from 4,800 to 5,600 square feet. All residences were sold prior to construction. Design for the project was carefully scrutinized and overwhelmingly approved by Aspen’s Planning and Zoning Commission and its Historic Preservation Commission. The project was given a commendation by the City of Aspen upon completion.
