The Alpine Grove project entailed the redevelopment of four existing multi-residential buildings with 32 rental units into free-market condominiums. It is now well known as a local’s community within minutes of downtown Aspen and near Aspen’s airport and industrial/commercial core.

Amenities include a community swimming pool, hot tub, individual storage spaces, extensive landscaping, and courtyards.
